It's 2013! And we should celebrate! How about a party hat?
Lets make our own!
You will need:
- construction paper
- elastic string (you can find at any craft store like joann's)
- hole puncher
- scissors
- tape
- markers (optional)
- ribbon (optional)
- tissue paper (optional)
- cut the paper with scissors into a half-circle shape, then tape the hat on half the flat side and make it a cone shape
- punch holes low on the edge about 1/2 in. away from the edge and one on each side
- tie the elastic string to the holes
- decorate the hat with markers, ribbon, tissue paper, and all the stuff you have for crafts (optional)
